Read the scenario below and answer the questions that follow.

You have just been assigned a new student, and you are conducting your initial classroom observations of him during morning meeting/circle-time. After 5 minutes, he tells the teacher he is bored then refuses to participate and begins disturbing his classmates.

Later, his teacher tells you that he is a very smart child, but this happens frequently and she can’t seem to get him to change this behavior.

You have also learned that his mother says that he tends to no longer be engaged in an activity after about 5 or 10 minutes. After that, he is ready to move on to something else.

Please provide us with three references. At least one of them should be a current or former supervisor.
